Job Description
We're looking for an experienced PA / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a busy, fast-paced organisation.
\nRedhill (occasional travel to South Croydon)
\n£18.00–£20.00 per hour
\nMonday–Friday | 8:45am–5:00pm
\nASAP Start | Ongoing Temporary Assignment
Ideally, you'll have:\n- \n
- Previous PA/EA experience supporting senior leaders \n
- Excellent organisational and communication skills \n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint) \n
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion \n
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment \n
- A DBS on the Update Service (preferred) \n
- \n
- Managing executive diaries and meetings \n
- Preparing reports, presentations and meeting papers \n
- Supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams \n
- Coordinating projects and administrative activities \n
- Handling confidential information professionally \n
