PA/EA - Temporary

We're looking for an experienced PA / Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a busy, fast-paced organisation.

Redhill (occasional travel to South Croydon)

£18.00–£20.00 per hour

Monday–Friday | 8:45am–5:00pm

ASAP Start | Ongoing Temporary Assignment

• Previous PA/EA experience supporting senior leaders
\n
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
\n
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams & SharePoint)
\n
• Experience handling confidential information with discretion
\n
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
\n
• A DBS on the Update Service (preferred)
\n

• Managing executive diaries and meetings
\n
• Preparing reports, presentations and meeting papers
\n
• Supporting senior stakeholders and leadership teams
\n
• Coordinating projects and administrative activities
\n
• Handling confidential information professionally
\n
