Shift Mechanical Technician An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join the Maintenance team at Lancashire Renewables Ltd. working at our Thornton facility.What you’ll be doingAs a Shift Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for the maintenance of the waste facility processing assets, mechanical systems, and general site infrastructure. Supporting both planned and reactive maintenance work related activities to ensure the optimal performance and condition of the waste facility.What you will bringTo succeed in this role, you’ll need: \n

- ONC/HNC Mechanical Engineering qualification or the equivalent experience with supporting qualifications. \n
- Knowledge of preventative, predictive & lifecycle maintenance activities. \n
- Proficiency in using various computer-based systems including Microsoft Office applications. \n
- \n
- Experience of utilising a centralised maintenance management system. \n
- Knowledge of waste processing plants, FMCG, chemical or industrial machinery. \n
- Experience driving Mobile Plant equipment specifically;\n
- \n
- FLT. \n
- Telehandler. \n
- MEWP. \n
\n - Qualified in confined spaces training. \n
- Certified in working at height training. \n
- Experience with SCADA operations. \n
