An established and respected law firm in South Devon is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) to strengthen its growing Private Family Law team. The Opportunity

Working within an experienced Family Law department, you will manage a varied caseload of privately funded matters from instruction through to conclusion.

Your work will include:

\n
• Divorce and dissolution proceedings
\n
• Financial settlements and matrimonial finance
\n
• Cohabitation and property disputes
\n
• Private Children Act matters
\n
• Child arrangement orders
\n
• Parental responsibility and specific issue applications
\n
• Separation agreements
\n
• Negotiation and settlement
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
\n

This is a client-facing role offering autonomy while working alongside experienced family law experts

About You

Applications are welcomed from:

• Fee Earners specialising in Private Family Law

You will ideally have:

• At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent family law experience
\n
• Strong knowledge of privately funded family matters
\n
• Excellent communication and client care skills
\n
• A compassionate and commercial approach
\n
• The ambition to develop your career within a successful regional law firm
\n
