\nWe are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to a senior executive. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating travel and meetings, handling confidential information, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of both business and personal commitments.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain complex diaries and schedules. \n
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and events. \n
- Organise domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries. \n
- Screen and manage emails, correspondence, and telephone calls. \n
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documentation. \n
- Act as a key point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. \n
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion. \n
- Assist with personal errands and lifestyle management requirements where necessary. \n
- Coordinate projects and follow up on actions to ensure timely completion. \n
- Manage expenses, invoices, and other administrative tasks. \n
- Support event planning and hospitality arrangements. \n
- Undertake ad hoc duties as required. \n
Skills & Experience Required
\nEssential
\n- \n
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar support role. \n
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills. \n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. \n
- High level of discretion and professionalism. \n
- Ability to prioritise workloads and work under pressure. \n
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). \n
- Excellent attention to detail. \n
- Ability to work independently and use initiative. \n
Desirable

- Experience supporting senior executives or directors. \n
- Project coordination experience. \n
- Knowledge of CRM systems and business administration processes. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
