Anti Social Behaviour/Safer Estates Enforcement Officer
\nLocation: St Helens, Merseyside
\nRate: £23 - £25.50 via Umbrella
\nContract Length: 6 months minimum
\nHours: Full-Time
\nThe Role
\nVenn Group are working with a leading Housing Association to recruit a Safer Estates Enforcement Officer on an interim basis. This role will focus on managing serious and persistent anti-social behaviour (ASB) and tenancy breach cases, working closely with internal teams, legal representatives, and external partners to deliver safe and sustainable communities.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Manage complex and high-risk ASB, hate crime, domestic abuse, and tenancy breach cases, progressing enforcement action where appropriate. \n
- Prepare legal documentation, witness statements, and case files, liaising with legal teams and representing the organisation at court hearings when required. \n
- Provide expert case management advice and support to Neighbourhood Officers, ensuring effective evidence gathering and timely case escalation. \n
- Work in partnership with external agencies, support services, and enforcement partners to achieve positive outcomes for customers and communities. \n
- Maintain accurate case records on housing management systems and ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection, and organisational policies. \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- Experience managing serious ASB, tenancy enforcement, safeguarding, or housing management cases. \n
- Strong knowledge of housing legislation, enforcement processes, and legal remedies relating to tenancy breaches. \n
- Experience preparing court-ready evidence, conducting interviews, and supporting witnesses through legal proceedings. \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. \n
- Competent IT skills and experience using housing management and case management systems. \n
