The Role

\n

As a Senior Financial Services Administrator, you will provide high-quality administrative, operational and client servicing support across a wide range of financial planning activities. Acting as a technical point of contact within the team, you will play a key role in ensuring clients receive an efficient, accurate and professional service.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners.
  • \n
  • Preparing client documentation, correspondence and meeting packs.
  • \n
  • Processing new business, top-ups, fund switches and investment transactions through provider platforms.
  • \n
  • Managing Letters of Authority and liaising with providers to obtain client information.
  • \n
  • Supporting investment and pension administration, ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed service levels.
  • \n
  • Coordinating annual review processes, including meeting preparation and follow-up actions.
  • \n
  • Maintaining accurate client records using Intelligent Office (Intelliflo) and ensuring regulatory compliance.
  • \n
  • Producing fee expectations, invoices and finance-related documentation.
  • \n
  • Assisting with report writing and client servicing activities.
  • \n
  • Supporting platform migration projects and continuous process improvements.
  • \n
  • Providing guidance, training and day-to-day support to less experienced administrators.
  • \n
  • Working collaboratively across teams while maintaining exceptional standards of client service.

About You

\n

To be successful in this role, you will have:

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience within an IFA or Financial Planning administration role.
  • \n
  • Strong working knowledge of Intelligent Office (Intelliflo).
  • \n
  • Experience processing pensions, investments and new business through provider platforms.
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • \n
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • \n
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • \n
  • Confidence working independently while supporting colleagues when required.
  • \n
  • A proactive and adaptable approach with a passion for delivering excellent client outcomes.
