This is a unique opportunity to be part of a company at the forefront of industrial automation.We are looking for a driven and well-organised individual to support our Purchasing, Office and Stores operations. This is a varied role where you'll work closely with our financial, operational and engineering teams.You'll help manage stock, coordinate purchasing, support administrative activities across the company, and provide a key point of contact for both internal colleagues and external suppliers. Full training will be provided.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys a hands-on, fast-paced environment and wants to grow their skills within an established, supportive team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage requisitions and process purchase orders from quotation to deliveryLiaise with suppliers and internal teams to resolve supply issuesCoordinate domestic and international shipments (FedEx, UPS, DHL)Match delivery notes with purchase orders and record goods received in the ERP systemProvide administrative support across all departments, including senior leadershipAct as the first point of contact for phone calls, visitors, and incoming mailMaintain office supplies, manage filing, scanning, and data entry tasksUpdate internal records including holiday schedules, absence logs, and fire roll call listsOversee daily operations of the parts storeMonitor stock levels, reorder supplies and organise inventoryConduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate ERP recordsEnsure a clean, safe, and well-organised stores environmentIn order to be successful in this role you must have:Highly organised, dependable, and detail-drivenSelf-motivated with strong initiative and follow-throughConfident communicator, both written and verbalProficient with computer systems including Microsoft Excel and ERP platformsStrong time-management skills with the ability to prioritiseComfortable managing multiple tasks at oncePositive, collaborative, and eager to learnStrong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilitiesIt would be great if you had:Experience in administrative, purchasing, or stores roles(however, full training will be provided)Exposure to stock control or logistics processesIf you're passionate about supply chain, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want to contribute to the success of a cutting-edge company, we would love to hear from you!No agencies please.Click APPLY today and start your next career adventure with RoBAT LtdTPBN1_UKTJ
