s Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver Leicester£14.10 per hourDrive Ferris LtdSelf-employed contractors requiredThe Role - Vehicle Collection and Delivery DriverDrivers will be responsible for the safe transportation of vehicles to and from various locations in mainland UK and will be expected to:provide exceptionally high standard vehicle handovers to our client's end customers and deliver vehicles with pride and enthusiasm - you will be our client's brand ambassadorsperform full vehicle checks at collection and handover in accordance with BVRLA standards (full training provided)understand the customer experience and also have extensive vehicle knowledgecarry out valets and fuel top ups where appropriate before delivering to customersprovide feedback on each job to ensure our client understands what the experience was like for their customersThe role of Vehicle Collection and Delivery Driver requires:excellent customer service skillsexcellent level of spoken and written English and outstanding communication skillsa professional, organisedapproachgood knowledge of vehicle components and derivativesability to work to strict deadlinesexcellent planning skillsknowledge of using smartphone app technologyexcellent driving skillsThe CandidateWe are currently looking for a number of drivers to join our team that are based in the Midlands. Any applicants that are successful but not chosen for this role can be placed on a waiting list and contacted if there is any further availability at a later date.For insurance purposes, the successful candidate will be over 30 years of age and have held a UK driving licencefor a minimum of 5 years.Candidates should have no more than 3 points on their driving licenceand have not been charged with any serious motoring offences.Candidates must be able to commit to a minimum of 4 days per week which must include Fridays.
