Are you an AssocRICS-qualified surveyor with experience in Level 2 Surveys?

Due to increased business levels, our client is looking for a Residential Surveyor to join their team in the Falmouth area.

The role comes with access to leading report-writing software, structured support, and the opportunity to progress into Level 3 Surveys and further professional development.

The Role

As a Residential Surveyor, you will:

• Carry out Level 2 Home Surveys
\n
• Undertake Red Book valuations
\n
• Conduct Level 3 surveys (training can be provided)
\n
• Produce clear, accurate, and client-focused reports
\n
• Manage your own workload and diary independently
\n
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, and stakeholders
\n
• Maintain high professional and technical standards across all instructions
\n

Residential Surveyor requirements:

\n
• Minimum AssocRICS qualified
\n
• Experience completing Level 2 Surveys
\n
• Strong understanding of residential property and valuation principles
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
• Organised, self-motivated, and detail-focused
\n
• Full UK driving licence
\n
