\nSANZA Teaching Agency is delighted to be working with a warm and welcoming primary school in the heart of Islington, who are looking to appoint a passionate and dedicated Early Years Educator to join their EYFS team from September 2026.
\nThis is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic Early Years professional who is committed to supporting children at a crucial stage of their development within a nurturing, engaging and well-resourced environment.
\nThe Role:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday \n
- Hours: 08:30am - 4:00pm (shift patterns: ) \n
- Start Date: September 2026 \n
- Daily Rate: £119-£130 PAYE (depending on experience, qualifications) \n
You will play a key role in supporting children across the Early Years Foundation Stage, helping to create a positive, stimulating environment where all pupils can thrive.
\nAbout You:
\n- \n
- Hold a CACHE Level 3 qualification (or equivalent/higher in Early Years) \n
- Have previous experience in a nursery or primary school setting \n
- Strong knowledge and experience within EYFS \n
- Confident supporting children with SEND, including Autism, ADHD and speech & language needs \n
- Proactive, nurturing and able to use initiative in a busy classroom \n
- Passionate about delivering high-quality Early Years provision \n
Key Responsibilities:

- Supporting children's learning and development across the EYFS curriculum \n
- Assisting with phonics, early literacy and numeracy activities \n
- Supporting smooth transition into Reception \n
- Delivering a mix of play-based and structured learning \n
- Providing targeted support for pupils with SEND \n
- Building positive relationships with pupils, staff and parents \n
- Observing, tracking and recording children's progress \n
- Promoting positive behaviour and social development \n
- Creating a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment \n
