Band 4 Electrician

Electrician (Mobile Role – London)We are looking for a skilled and reliable Electrician to join our Estates and Facilities team. The successful candidate will carry out a range of electrical maintenance, installation, and repair tasks across multiple London sites, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.Key Responsibilities:\n

• Undertake new works, repairs, and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment.
\n
• Respond to reactive maintenance requests and assist with small installation projects.
\n
• Escort and support contractors carrying out inspections or installation works.
\n
• Adhere strictly to Health & Safety, Security, and company policies and procedures.
\n
• Maintain accurate tool lists and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
\n

Qualifications & Experience:\n

\n
• City & Guilds Part II or minimum NVQ Level 2 in Electrical Services (Level 3 preferred).
\n
• Proven experience working across a wide range of electrical systems and installations.
\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
\n
• Previous experience within an NHS or healthcare environment (desirable).
\n

Other Requirements:\n

• Must have own tools and PPE.
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact at all levels.
\n
• Flexible, adaptable, and computer literate.
\n
• Full UK manual driving licence required.
\n
• Core working hours: Mon–Thurs 08:00–16:30, Fri 08:00–16:00.
\n
• Ability to meet deadlines and work across any London site as required.
\n
