\nIT PMO / Business Analyst – Banking Transformation Projects
\nWe are seeking an IT PMO / Business Analyst to support large-scale transformation initiatives across Corporate Banking and Capital Markets.
\nThis opportunity is particularly suited to professionals who have experience working with major Japanese financial institutions and who thrive in relationship-driven, collaborative environments where stakeholder trust, attention to detail, and long-term partnership are highly valued.
\n\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Deliver PMO and Business Analysis services across strategic banking transformation programmes \n
- Support business process improvement and technology change initiatives \n
- Manage project governance, reporting, risks, issues, and stakeholder communications \n
- Facilitate requirements gathering, documentation, UAT planning, and implementation activities \n
- Build trusted relationships with business and technology stakeholders \n
- Contribute to successful project delivery across local and international teams \n
Ideal Background

- Candidates with experience supporting Japanese banks, securities firms, or other Japan-headquartered financial institutions will be particularly valued. Cultural fit within a Japanese corporate environment is a key success factor for this position. \n
- Proven experience delivering PMO and/or Business Analysis activities within financial services transformation programmes \n
- Experience gained in a consulting firm, systems integrator, or large-scale project delivery environment \n
- Experience supporting major Japanese financial institutions, such as Japanese banks, securities firms, or other Japan-headquartered financial organisations \n
- Japanese language skills and/or prior experience working with Japanese stakeholders would be highly advantageous \n
