\nWe're recruiting on behalf of a growing residential property management company looking to expand its Fire Safety & Maintenance team.
\nIf you're currently working as a Maintenance Operative, Property Maintenance Operative, Facilities Assistant, Caretaker, Building Maintenance Operative or within a technical/property role, this is an excellent opportunity to take the next step in your career.

\nThe Role:
\nAs a Maintenance Operative, you'll carry out fire door inspections across a portfolio of residential developments throughout London, helping ensure buildings remain safe and compliant with current fire safety legislation.
\nThis is a varied, field-based role combining:
\n- \n
- Fire door inspections \n
- Site visits across residential developments \n
- Digital reporting \n
- Liaising with Building Managers, contractors and residents \n
- Identifying maintenance and compliance issues \n
The company operates a flexible, smart-working approach. Once inspections have been completed on site, you'll write your reports either from home or the office rather than remaining on-site.

About You:
