- Leading performance management, monitoring and reporting across Planning and Building Control services. \n
- Analysing and interpreting performance data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement. \n
- Driving service improvement initiatives and embed a culture of continuous improvement. \n
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic planning, business planning and budget management. \n
- Supporting digital transformation, systems improvement and process automation programmes. \n
- Overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives, complaints management and FOI/EIR responses. \n
- Managing procurement and contract management activities. \n
- Supporting workforce planning, recruitment and staff development initiatives. \n
- Providing leadership to operational support functions and contribute to wider organisational transformation programmes. \n
- Support preparations for Local Government Reform and organisational change. \n
