\nThe Role
\nThis is a varied domestic heating and plumbing role covering servicing, maintenance, fault finding, repairs, and installations. Youll work mainly throughout South Kent and the wider Kent area, with occasional work in London.
\nYou will be trusted to manage your own workload, work independently, provide excellent customer service, and represent the company to the highest standard.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nServicing, Maintenance & Repairs
\nYou will carry out:
\nDomestic gas boiler servicing and repairs
\nHeating system diagnostics and fault finding
\nUnvented hot water cylinder servicing and maintenance
\nUnderfloor heating system maintenance
\nAir Source Heat Pump servicing and repairs
\nLeak detection and reactive plumbing repairs
\nGeneral domestic plumbing maintenance
\nInstallations
\nYou will install:
\nGas boilers and heating systems
\nUnvented hot water cylinders
\nUnderfloor heating systems
\nAir Source Heat Pump systems
\nBathrooms and general plumbing installations
\nFirst and second fix plumbing
\nAll work must be completed safely, efficiently, and to an excellent standard while meeting current Gas Safe regulations and industry requirements.

\nComplete accurate job notes and record
\nUpload photos where required
\nRecord materials used and update job statuses before leaving site
\nEssential Requirements
\nThe successful candidate will have:
\nValid Gas Safe Registration
\nLevel 2 or Level 3 Plumbing & Heating qualification
\nG3 Unvented Hot Water qualification
\nMinimum 2 years domestic plumbing and heating experience
\nStrong boiler servicing, installation, and fault-finding skills
\nExcellent diagnostic ability
\nFull UK Driving Licence
\nGood communication and customer service skills
\nAbility to work independently and manage their own jobs
\nRight to work in the United Kingdom
\nDesirable Experience
\nAdditional experience with any of the following would be beneficial:
\nAir Source Heat Pumps
\nUnderfloor heating system
\nHeating controls and smart controls
\nManufacturer training
\nBathroom installations
