This opportunity is ideal for a Specialist SEND TA who is passionate about supporting neurodiverse students within a specialist SEND environment.\n
\nAs a Specialist SEND TA, you will support a small group of students with ASC across KS3 and KS4, some of whom may also have additional needs including ADHD. This role would suit a Specialist SEND TA who is child-centred and confident managing behaviour.\n

The Role of a Specialist SEND TA\n

Requirements\n
\n

• A degree from a good university.
\n
• Strong A-Level results demonstrating good academic ability.
\n
• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, ideally within a school, youth, mentoring, care or similar setting.
\n
• Confident managing behaviour and providing consistent, positive support.
\n
