Conveyancing Paralegal

Residential Conveyancing Paralegal (2+ PQE) Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking to join a well-established and highly regarded Scottish law firm with an excellent reputation and a strong private client offering?

This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative and supportive property team, working on a broad range of residential conveyancing matters while building long-term relationships with a loyal client base.

The Role

You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload, including:

• Residential sales and purchases
\n
• Transfers of title
\n
• Re-mortgages and refinancing transactions
\n
• General residential property matters from instruction through to completion
\n

The role also offers exposure to cross-border property transactions, working closely with colleagues in other jurisdictions to deliver a seamless service to clients.

You'll collaborate with colleagues across a range of practice areas, helping to provide a comprehensive and client-focused service.

About You

You will have a minimum of 2 years' residential conveyancing experience and hold the Residential Conveyancing Paralegal Qualification.

You will also:

• Be confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision

• Deliver an exceptional level of client service
\n
• Have excellent organisational and communication skills
\n
• Be proactive, personable and able to build strong client relationships

• Have a keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach
