Subsidence Engineer

A renowned long established Loss Adjusters are looking to complement their adjusting services with an experienced Civil/Structural Engineer with experience in subsidence and property related claims.

The role is fully remote working from home with the attendance of site investigations as and when required.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle subsidence claims and provide technical support to Adjusters appropriate to the area of specialism.
\n
• Investigate and manage claims and aspects of claims relevant to area of technical specialism, carry out site visits and preparing case management plans.
\n
• Preparing reports commenting in detail on all aspects of the relevant specialist aspects of the claim, including policy analysis and liability, quantum and future actions.
\n
• Calculating and agreeing settlement of claims and preparing specialist aspects of reports or final reports.
\n

About you:

\n
• Professionally qualified Civil or Structural Engineer (Chartered status or working towards chartership).
\n
• Relevant technical experience within civil/structural engineering, claims investigation or a related technical environment.
\n
• ACII and/or ACILA qualifications would be advantageous
\n
• A full clean driving licence
\n

Salary & Benefits:
