  • Coordinate job adverts, screen CVs, and manage interview scheduling
  • \n
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
  • \n
  • Liaising with recruitment agencies
  • \n
Onboarding & Offboarding\n
    \n
  • Deliver seamless onboarding experiences for new hires
  • \n
  • Organise exit interviews and manage offboarding documentation
  • \n
  • Keep employee records up-to-date and compliant
  • \n
Employee Relations\n
    \n
  • Be the go-to for employee HR queries and support
  • \n
  • Assist in handling employee concerns and escalating when needed
  • \n
  • Contribute to a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives
  • \n
HR Administration & Compliance\n
    \n
  • Manage HR databases and prepare reports and documentation
  • \n
  • Coordinate training and development opportunities
  • \n
  • Ensure HR practices meet employment law and internal policies
  • \n
  • Work closely with the company’s external HR partner on policy updates
  • \n
What We’re Looking For:\n
    \n
  • Previous track record gained in an HR environment, ideally within manufacturing or industrial, but this is not essential
  • \n
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • \n
  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage sensitive information confidentially
  • \n
  • Self-starter who can manage their own workload and work effectively solo
  • \n
The Package:\n

  • Salary: Up to £35,000 plus a performance-based bonus
  • \n
  • Hours: 35-hour working week (early Friday finish)
  • \n
  • Holidays: 35 days annual leave
  • \n
