The Role

As Night Concierge, you'll be the welcoming face of this luxury development, ensuring residents receive a first-class service whilst keeping the building safe and secure throughout the night.

You'll be working alongside an experienced Night Manager and fellow Night Concierge in a supportive team environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  Welcoming residents and visitors professionally

\n
• \n

  Maintaining the security of the development

\n
• \n

  Managing deliveries and resident parcels

\n
• \n

  Conducting regular building patrols

\n
• \n

  Assisting with contractors and out-of-hours incidents

\n
• \n

  Completing reports and handovers

\n
• \n

  Delivering outstanding customer service every shift

\n

Who We're Looking For

Experience as a Concierge is welcome, but it's your attitude that will set you apart.

We're looking for someone who is:

• Experienced within either residential or high-end/5* hotels

• Friendly and approachable
\n
• Professional and well presented
\n
• Calm under pressure, reliable and proactive
\n
• A strong communicator
\n
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
