Project Manager - Application modernisation

Project Manager | Application Modernisation & Cloud Migration

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a major government transformation programme focused on legacy application modernisation and cloud migration.

You'll lead application upgrade and migration projects, including on-premise to Azure/AWS cloud transitions, working closely with stakeholders and third-party suppliers to deliver successful outcomes across a complex technology landscape.

Key Requirements

• Strong project management experience within IT/software delivery
\n
• Experience delivering application modernisation and migration projects
\n
• Understanding of Azure and/or AWS environments
\n
• Excellent stakeholder and supplier management skills
\n
• Experience working in multi-supplier environments
\n
• Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
\n
• Experience reviewing Statements of Work (SoW) and managing delivery end-to-end
\n
• Previous Public Sector experience essential, ideally within Central Government
\n
