From our purpose-designed home in the heart of Esher, Surrey, we provide a turn-key experience for our practitioners and their patients. Starting with a warm welcome at our staffed reception through to our seven individual consultation rooms, we provide the support to help our practitioners flourish.

In addition to our physical environment, Health Village Esher also works with our professionals to carry out joint marketing activities - for instance, a twice-yearly Directory distributed to local homes and dedicated, SEO keyword-rich landing pages for every practitioner.

\n

Our vision is to nurture our unique, high-quality healthcare hub into an essential resource for the residents of Esher and West Surrey.

Role Description

\n

The Practice Manager role is largely based at our property in Esher, with occasional work-from-home flexibility. The role will be approximately twenty hours per week, including the necessity to provide some occasional cover and accept out-of-hours calls.

\n

This position oversees all aspects of day-to-day operational activities, ensuring that processes run consistently and meticulously.

\n

Key responsibilities include managing our Front of House Team, arranging staffing rotas and ensuring a consistent, safe experience for all our practitioners and their patients.

\n

The role involves a very sharp eye for detail and maintaining high standards of customer service for all our visitors. Over our eight years in operation, we have developed a suite of processes to ensure the consistent delivery of our goals and we're always keen to refine these further.

\n

This role would suit someone with significant experience in the corporate sector who is now looking to use their skills in a smaller, more flexible and dynamic environment. Individuals with experience in the hospitality, healthcare, luxury brand or education environments are also very welcome to apply.

Salary

\n

Flexible hours contract.

\n

This is a part time role paid on an hourly basis for approximately 20 hours per week.

\n

Hourly rate £22ph. Income estimate £24k. Full time equivalent is approx £35k to £42k per annum.

\n

Working hours to be agreed based on practice opening hours.
