• Corporate real estate support for share and asset transactions

• Advising a diverse portfolio of high-profile clients across a broad range of commercial property matters

Qualifications/Experience:

• 7 years’+ PQE gained within a strong regional, national or City firm
\n
• A high attention to detail to produce work/ documentation which is consistently of a high standard
\n
• Flexible, client-focused approach with excellent time management.
\n
• Commercial mindset with an interest in business development.
\n
• Strong networking skills or the ambition to build a client base.
\n
• Passion for legal technology and AI-driven innovation.
\n
