We are seeking a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer with significant manufacturing experience to join our dynamic team. This role involves direct support of all manufacturing functions on-site and assisting the Engineering Manager in implementing a plant-wide Planned and Reactive Maintenance Program to enhance overall machinery OEE.

Day-to-day of the role:

\n
• First line repair and support of production machinery.
\n
• Undertake repair and maintenance of the building fabric and services as required.
\n
• Manage and undertake improvement projects.
\n
• Work with production teams around PPM and breakdowns, undertaking Planned Maintenance as directed.
\n
• Complete all work in a safe manner, maintaining quality, safety, and environmental standards, and taking corrective actions as required.
\n
• Must be proactive in identifying potential problems within the plant and collaborate closely with the Manufacturing Team.
\n

Required Skills & Qualifications:

\n
• Minimum Level 3 Engineering Qualification
\n
• Mechanical & Electrical craft skills, including good general mechanical fitting skills, electrical skills, hydraulic & pneumatic experience, basic light fabrication/welding skills, and good general machine shop skills (Milling, Turning & Bench Fitting).
\n
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
\n
• Ability to work independently without supervision and within a multi-disciplined team.
\n
