Temporary Warehouse / Production Operative

Location: Enfield, North LondonPay Rate: £13.15 per hourJob Type: Temporary, Full-TimeHours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm (40 hours per week)

We are currently recruiting for a Temporary Warehouse / Production Operative to join a busy and growing production environment in Enfield. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys a hands-on role and takes pride in maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Fill products using machinery or manual methods accurately and efficiently.
\n
• Minimise waste and maintain production efficiency.
\n
• Label bottles and containers in line with customer and stock requirements.
\n
• Pack, wrap and strap finished goods onto pallets.
\n
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards across production and warehouse areas.
\n
• Report any machine faults or operational issues to the Supervisor.
\n
• Complete production and filling documentation accurately.
\n
• Ensure all filled products meet company and legal weight requirements.
\n
• Support warehouse operations, including picking and packing customer orders.
\n
• Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
\n
• Operate a forklift truck as required.
\n
• Complete goods-in and goods-out paperwork.
\n

Essential Skills and Experience

\n
• A valid Forklift Truck (FLT) licence.
\n
• A valid UK driving licence.
\n
• Previous warehouse, production, or manufacturing experience.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
\n
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
\n
• Proactive approach with the ability to use initiative.
\n
• Able to follow instructions and work to production schedules.
\n
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to issues.
\n

The successful candidate will be dependable, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will be willing to take on a variety of warehouse and production duties and have a positive attitude towards teamwork and achieving operational targets.
