Join a prestigious luxury retail brand in Mayfair for temporary cover on specific dates. My client is looking for a candidate with a background in luxury retail who excels in customer service and can maintain the high standards expected by our clientele.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for all guests.
\n
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to meet individual needs.
\n
• Act as the main on-site contact for guests, clients, contractors, and service providers.
\n
• Coordinate meeting rooms, including bookings, setup, refreshments, and clear-down.
\n
• Manage stationery and consumable stock levels and place orders as required.
\n
• Use Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) for data entry and administrative tasks.
\n
• Report maintenance issues, hazards, and health & safety concerns.
\n
• Resolve guest queries and complaints promptly, escalating when necessary.
\n
• Maintain professional standards of appearance, communication, and conduct.
\n
• Provide guests with building, safety, and local area information.
\n
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organised, and client-ready.
\n
• Support colleagues and undertake additional duties as required.
