Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Learning Manager to join our academy team in Kirkby-in-Ashfield.

As a Learning Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic progress, attendance, behaviour, welfare, and safeguarding. Working closely with senior leaders, teachers, parents, and external agencies, you will help remove barriers to learning and ensure students receive the support they need to succeed.

• Monitor and support the progress, attendance, and behaviour of students within an assigned year group.
\n
• Deliver targeted interventions to improve student outcomes.
\n
• Build positive relationships with students, parents, carers, and external agencies.
\n
• Support safeguarding processes and attend relevant meetings where required.
\n
• Analyse student data to identify concerns and plan appropriate support.
\n
• Promote excellent attendance and engagement with learning.
\n
• Provide pastoral support and contribute to a positive school environment.
\n

• Experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school or educational setting.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
• Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively.
\n
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
\n
• Understanding of safeguarding and student welfare.
\n
• A calm, resilient, and student-centred approach.
\n

• GCSE Grade C/4 or equivalent in English and Maths.
\n
• Enhanced DBS clearance.
\n
