\nJob Coach – SEND
\nLocation: Halifax & Bradford
\nHours: 37.5 hours per week | Term Time Only (39 weeks)
\nSalary: £31,500 FTE (£26,169 actual)
\nContract: Permanent
\nReed Further Education is seeking a passionate Job Coach to support learners with SEND in developing the skills, confidence and independence needed for employment and future progression.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Support learners on work placements and work-related activities. \n
- Deliver workplace coaching to build employability and independence. \n
- Monitor progress and liaise with employers to ensure successful outcomes. \n
- Provide pastoral support and promote learner wellbeing. \n
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to safeguarding and compliance requirements. \n
- Develop positive relationships with employers to create meaningful opportunities for learners. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Experience working with young people or adults with SEND. \n
- Background in Further Education, supported employment or specialist provision. \n
- Strong communication, organisation and relationship-building skills. \n
- Maths and English Level 2. \n

\n\nAll candidates who register with Reed Further Education will have 2 years’ referencing taken up and will be required to have a DBS check completed. All offers are conditional upon satisfactory background checks.
