What You'll Be Doing

Every day is different, but you'll be helping to create safe, nurturing, and inspiring environments where children can flourish.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Supporting children's learning through play and engaging activities* Encouraging children's social, emotional, and physical development* Delivering high-quality care in line with the EYFS framework* Creating a fun, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment* Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues* Observing, assessing, and recording children's progress* Following safeguarding and health & safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

Essential

* Level 3 Qualification in Childcare or Early Years* Valid Paediatric First Aid Certificate* Good knowledge of the EYFS framework* Excellent communication and teamwork skills* Passion for supporting young children's learning and development* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare

Desirable

* Experience working in nurseries, schools, or children's centres* Experience supporting children from birth to five years* Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures* A flexible and positive approach to working in different settings
