Duties/Responsibilities\n
    \n
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget
  • \n
  • Lead the production of cost plans at various levels and tender documents
  • \n
  • Oversee post-contract cost management and contract administration
  • \n
  • - Act as the Employer's Agent or Contract Administrator on various projects
  • \n
  • Collaborate with junior staff to assist in project delivery and mentor their professional development
  • \n
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • \n
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with project specifications
  • \n
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and clients
  • \n
About You\n
    \n
  • A relevant educational background in Quantity Surveying or a related field
  • \n
  • Chartered qualification preferred but not essential
  • \n
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • \n
  • Strong proficiency in producing cost plans and tender documents
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • \n
  • Previous experience in Professional Quantity Surveying (PQS) is preferred but not essential
  • \n
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
  • \n
