CRM Business Analyst - Remote (UK) - c£47K

A well-established organisation is looking for an experienced CRM Business Analyst to support a major CRM transformation programme.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and implementation partners to gather requirements, improve processes and deliver scalable CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. This role offers the opportunity to influence a large-scale digital transformation from discovery through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and technical requirements
\n
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
\n
• Produce user stories, process maps and functional specifications
\n
• Perform fit-gap analysis and identify process improvements
\n
• Support CRM solution design, data migration and integration's
\n
• Work with delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle
\n
• Manage stakeholder communications and project documentation
\n

Skills & Experience

\n
• Experience delivering CRM transformation projects
\n
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
\n
• Proven business analysis, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation experience
\n
• Understanding of CRM integration's, data migration and Agile delivery
\n
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
\n
• Experience using Azure DevOps, Jira or similar tools
\n
