Package Description: Imagine your job was being able to support someone to live a happier, more fulfilling life.Join the Agincare Dorchester Outreach team as a Support Worker and make a real difference in someones life.Youll help people build confidence, gain independence, and enjoy life in their own home while staying connected to their local community .No two days are ever the same.One day you could be supporting someone at home, the next enjoying a visit to the local pub, or even accompanying them on a holiday .Every activity is tailored to the individuals interests, helping them live life to the fullest and achieve their personal goals .The person you will be supporting is a gentleman who has a diagnosis of Asperger's Syndrome and Depressive Disorder . He is highly independent and values maintaining control over his daily life while having consistent support available when needed.
