This is a varied and rewarding position where youll provide housing advice, assist with tenancy and estate management, and help customers access safe, secure, and affordable homes.Youll manage a wide range of responsibilities, from processing applications and allocations to supporting customers with rent queries, safeguarding concerns, and tenancy sustainability. The role also involves promoting digital inclusion, tenant involvement, and delivering excellent administrative support to ensure services run smoothly.Were looking for someone who is organised, empathetic, and committed to delivering high-quality customer service. Previous experience of working in a housing environment and an ability to learn.2. Ability to demonstrate self-motivation and work proactively with minimum supervision.3. Ability to react and respond positively to change6.
