Senior Bid ManagerContract – 6 months| £650 per day Inside IR35Remote | Active and transferable SC Clearance requiredExalto Consulting are looking for an experienced Senior Bid Manager to support a major UK Government programme, leading the end-to-end delivery of high-value change proposals within a secure environment.This is a key role responsible for managing complex bids and change proposals from initial request through to customer approval, working closely with technical, commercial and delivery teams to produce high-quality, commercially sound responses.Key details:Contract roleInside IR35Home-based, with very occasional travel to London (every few months)Initial 6-month contractActive transferable SC Clearance requiredKey experience required:Extensive experience managing complex bids and change proposals within secure Government environmentsStrong proposal management skills from initiation through to customer sign-offExperience coordinating technical, commercial and delivery teamsCommercial awareness with the ability to shape competitive, deliverable proposalsExperience producing high-quality proposal documentation and managing multiple concurrent bidsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsExperience managing budgets, estimates, timelines and proposal governancePrevious experience with STEP processes and SSDM development is highly desirableThis role would suit an experienced Senior Bid Manager who enjoys working in fast-paced, highly secure programmes and has the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders while delivering high-quality proposals to demanding timescales.TPBN1_UKTJ
