Catering & Hospitality Resourcer We are looking for a motivated and organised Catering & Hospitality Resourcer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in recruitment.You will be working closely with an experienced recruiter, helping to source and manage candidates for a variety of catering and hospitality roles.Salary: £12.71 per hourHours:Monday to FridayLocation-Staines7:30 am 4:30 pmOffice-based, 5 days per weekDuties include:Sourcing and recruiting candidates for catering and hospitality roles, including: ChefsKitchen AssistantsKitchen PortersCatering AssistantsEvent StaffSpeaking with candidates on a daily basis.Managing the candidate registration process.Making outbound calls and sending emails.Booking candidates into shifts.Updating candidate records and tracking applications.Providing day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.Assisting with the smooth running of the office.What we're looking for:Excellent communication and organisational skills.Confident speaking with people over the phone.Previous recruitment, resourcing, administration, customer service, or hospitality experience is desirable.A positive attitude and willingness to learn.What we offer:A one-week paid trial , followed by a temporary-to-permanent opportunity for the right candidate.Ongoing training and support.Clear career progression, with the opportunity to develop into a Recruitment Consultant .If you're enthusiastic, organised, and looking for a long-term career in recruitment, we'd love to hear from you!TPBN1_UKTJ
