Housing Officer

We are currently recruiting for a temporary Housing Officer to support housing and community services across the Liverpool area.\n
\n This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced housing professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality neighbourhood management services and building strong community relationships.\n
Key Responsibilities of a Housing Officer:\n

\n
• Managing a designated neighbourhood patch
\n
• Delivering effective tenancy and estate management services
\n
• Responding to anti-social behaviour and tenancy breaches
\n
• Carrying out estate inspections and property visits
\n
• Supporting residents with tenancy-related queries and issues
\n
• Working collaboratively with internal teams and external agencies
\n
• Ensuring communities are safe, clean, and well maintained
\n
• Handling safeguarding concerns and supporting vulnerable tenants
\n
• Maintaining accurate case records and ensuring compliance with housing policies
\n

Requirements of a Housing Officer:\n

\n
• Previous experience within a Housing Officer or Tenancy Management role
\n
• Strong knowledge of housing and tenancy management practices
\n
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
\n
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently
\n
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
\n
• Flexible approach to travel and hybrid working
\n
