Job Description
We are recruiting a Repairs Surveyor to join a respected social housing group in Northampton on a temporary 3-month contract. As a Repairs Surveyor , you will be responsible for managing responsive repairs, carrying out property inspections, preparing specifications of work, and overseeing contractors to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard. You will also support the delivery of occasional disrepair cases, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and providing an excellent service to residents.
