This why we support flexible and hybrid working.About the Role:This role provides essential organisational and governance support to senior leaders and Members, ensuring meetings, communication and key processes run smoothly and to a high professional standard. Youll work in a fast-paced environment, anticipating needs, managing complex schedules and supporting the delivery of strategic and democratic functions across the Service.You will be responsible for:Coordinating high-level meetings including agendas, papers and accurate minutesManaging senior leaders diaries and arranging travel and logisticsSupporting democratic processes through preparing and publishing Member papersProviding proactive administrative supportAbout You:Were looking for someone who brings professionalism, discretion and strong organisational capability to a fast-paced environment.
