Head of Finance

Our client, who offers healthcare services and is based in Kent are looking for an ACA/ACCA/CIMA Qualified Accountant to become their new Head of Finance. Reporting to the CFO, this is a pivotal leadership role supporting the strategic and operational financial direction of the organisation. As Head of Finance, you will oversee daily financial operations, manage multiple teams (4 direct reports), and drive financial performance and commercial growth across the organisation.
