Transport Planner Freight

Our client, a well-established and growing logistics company based in is seeking an experienced Transport Coordinator to join their busy transport team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with transport or logistics experience to play a key role in coordinating UK deliveries and collections within a fast-paced operation.

• Week 1: 7:00am – 3:00pm
\n
• Week 2: 11:00am – 7:00pm
\n
• On-call: 1 in 4 Monday to Thursday evenings
\n

\n
• Planning and coordinating UK transport movements.
\n
• Organising airport collections and deliveries.
\n
• Liaising with drivers and customers to ensure smooth operations.
\n
• Monitoring routes and delivery schedules.
\n
• Managing Proof of Delivery (POD) documentation.
\n
• Resolving transport queries and maintaining excellent customer service.
\n

\n
• Previous experience within transport, logistics, or distribution.
\n
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
\n
• Ability to prioritise workloads in a busy environment.
\n
• Proactive, reliable, and customer-focused.
\n
• Good geographical knowledge of the UK is advantageous.
\n
