Planning Lawyer

Planning Lawyer needed in Gloucester, £43.12ph PAYE - Reference: 5301943

Planning lawyer to advise on planning obligations (including BNG), appear at and support planning inquiries in respect of county planning obligation contributions, Also including highway agreements (section 38 and section 278 agreements)

You will ideally have planning experience particularly in respect of planning s106 obligations and planning inquiries.

To represent the client at inquiry defending their position in respect of s106 county contributions relating to housing development within the county.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
