Robert Half are partnering with a company within the Transport and Rail sector that are looking to hire an FC to join the business. This role is newly created due to the continued growth within the company. They have a great culture, very welcoming and they offer a hybrid-working policy of two days per week in the office. Robert Half have successfully recruited their team and all members of staff are enjoying their roles. This position will be based in London.

Role

The Financial Accountant will be responsible for managing a team of 12 people across the finance team. The hiring manager is looking for someone who can deliver positive messages, grow and develop the team as well as upskill new people joining. This role will be responsible for financial accounting as well as treasury too. This position will be based in central London.

Profile

The successful candidate will be an experienced Financial Controller and will have experience of managing a team, have experience of producing financial accounts and experience of treasury. This role requires someone who is a confident communicator and someone who can liaise with senior stakeholders. This position will be based in central London.

Salary

£90,000 - £110,000 as well as pension, bonus and benefits
