\nLocation: Crowborough, East SussexEmployment Type: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
\nA leading private healthcare provider is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join their established inpatient ward team in Crowborough.
\nWorking within a close-knit team of experienced clinical professionals, you will be responsible for delivering high standards of patient-centred care while supporting the wider team to ensure a safe, efficient and seamless patient journey.

\nKey Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality nursing care through effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of patient needs. \n
- Work collaboratively with medical staff and the multidisciplinary team to achieve positive patient outcomes. \n
- Provide clear, compassionate advice and support to patients and their families. \n
- Support junior colleagues and undertake mentoring or buddy responsibilities for new staff. \n
- Take on delegated responsibilities and contribute to the Duty Nurse role when required. \n
- Participate appropriately in emergency situations and support effective incident and complaint management. \n
- Contribute to clinical audits, nursing research, care pathway development and service improvement. \n
- Support the development and implementation of clinical procedures and standards. \n
- Ensure resources and supplies are used effectively and efficiently. \n
- Participate in training, meetings and professional development activities while maintaining mandatory training requirements. \n
- Maintain professional competence and accountability in line with the NMC Code of Conduct. \n
About You
\nThe successful candidate will be a passionate and empathetic Registered Nurse with excellent communication skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
\nYou will have:

- A UK-recognised Registered Nursing qualification and current NMC registration. \n
- Previous clinical nursing experience; orthopaedic experience is desirable. \n
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. \n
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach. \n
- The ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team. \n
- A proactive and forward-thinking approach with a commitment to continued professional development. \n
- The confidence to support colleagues and contribute positively to the wider nursing team. \n
