Private Client Solicitor

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Private Client Solicitor (3+ PQE) to join a highly regarded specialist team in Leeds, working on complex, high-value private client matters within a supportive and flexible environment.

The Opportunity

You'll join an experienced team recognised for advising on sophisticated private client work, including high-value estates, agricultural and business assets, cross-border matters and succession planning. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your technical expertise while building long-term relationships with a loyal client base.

The Role

Your caseload will include:

\n
• Complex estate administration
\n
• Wills, trusts and estate planning
\n
• Inheritance Tax planning and HMRC matters
\n
• Agricultural and business property relief
\n
• Cross-border estates
\n
• Deeds of variation and post-death planning
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney and succession planning
\n

About You

You'll ideally have:

\n
• A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Private Client law
\n
• Experience handling complex estate administration and tax planning matters
\n
• Strong technical knowledge across wills, trusts and probate
\n
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
\n
• STEP qualification, or an interest in working towards it, would be advantageous
\n
