Supply Chain Planner
\nThis is a fulltime (37.5 hours per week) hybrid role based in Leeds, with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.
\nContract until March 2027
\n\nJob Summary:
\n- Managing a complex range of global suppliers you will provide active supplier performance management, communicating regularly and collaborating with range of teams and stakeholders.
\n- Achieving and continuously improving customer service levels, and/or managing inventory levels and targets, and managing supply and demand within the Supply Chain.
\n- Managing the daily operational processes for a critical segment of the supply chain.
\n- Eliminating potential supply chain failures as part of the daily planning process.
\n- Leading cross functional stakeholders to develop and implement short and mid-term tactical improvements, utilizing Six Sigma.
\n\nTo be successful in this role you will need the following:
\n- Ideally a degree B.S or B.A or with equivalent work experience within Supply Chain with a Planning and analytical background.
\n- Experience of supplier performance management (Class 1 & 2 level escalation), including driving CI work with the Supplier prior to immediate escalation into Supply Continuity.
\n- An understanding of trade-offs and TCO, network exception management and Inbound materials tracking / management (working with integrator)
\n- The ability to collaborate with data teams to identify key influencing planning parameters and optimize for specific outcomes.
