\nDay-to-day of the role:

- Collect, verify, and process payroll information from multiple departments. \n
- Accurately calculate hours worked, overtime, holiday pay, bonuses, and deductions. \n
- Process weekly and monthly payroll data within agreed deadlines. \n
- Conduct detailed payroll checks to ensure accuracy before submission. \n
- Reconcile payroll records and investigate discrepancies. \n
- Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records. \n
- Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and managers. \n
- Support compliance with payroll legislation and internal procedures. \n
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion. \n
Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Previous payroll administration experience is essential. \n
- Good understanding of payroll processes and legislation. \n
- Experience processing weekly and/or monthly payrolls. \n
- Strong Excel and administrative skills. \n
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy. \n
