Cyber Project Manager - Global Investment Bank

A global investment bank is seeking a Vice President - Technical Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of strategic Information Security projects across a complex, regulated environment. Working closely with security, technology and business stakeholders across EMEA and global teams, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and in line with governance standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of medium to large-scale Information Security projects.
\n
• Manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, issues and dependencies.
\n
• Provide governance, reporting and executive-level stakeholder updates.
\n
• Collaborate with global technology teams and third-party partners.
\n
• Ensure delivery aligns with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
\n

Skillset & Requirements

\n
• Proven experience delivering cybersecurity or information security projects in a banking environment.
\n
• Strong project management experience (PMI, PRINCE2 or equivalent preferred).
\n
• Experience working across Technology Risk, Cyber Security or Information Security.
\n
• Knowledge of GRC platforms, IAM, TPRM and risk/control frameworks.
\n
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills.
\n
• Experience with CyberArk or BlueVoyant is advantageous.
