THE ROLE:

• Work as part of a friendly and professional kitchen team, supporting the preparation and delivery of high-quality dishes.
\n
• Assist the senior chefs with daily prep, cooking and service across restaurant, private dining and event work.
\n
• Learn and develop skills across different sections of the kitchen.
\n
• Maintain excellent standards of food presentation, cleanliness and organisation.
\n
• Follow food hygiene, health and safety procedures at all times.
\n
• Take pride in consistency, attention to detail and being a reliable member of the team.
\n

SKILLS REQUIRED TO BE CONSIDERED:

\n
• You may already have experience as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistant or trainee chef within a hotel, restaurant, pub or similar hospitality environment.
\n
• You will be passionate about food and eager to learn from experienced chefs.
\n
• You will be reliable, positive and happy to get stuck in.
\n
• You will enjoy working as part of a team and take pride in keeping the kitchen clean, organised and running smoothly.
\n

WHAT'S ON OFFER:

• NLW / £12.71 – £13.00 per hour
\n
• 40-hour working week, 5 days on / 2 days off
\n
