We’re recruiting a Programme Support Officer on behalf of a well-established, values-led charitable trust dedicated to addressing the root causes of conflict and injustice through impactful, grant-funded programmes.This is an excellent opportunity to join a purpose-driven organisation and play a key role in supporting the delivery of meaningful projects that create positive social change.The RoleWorking as part of a collaborative team, you will provide high-quality administrative and programme support to ensure the smooth delivery of a busy grant programme. This is a varied and rewarding position, offering the opportunity to work with a wide range of stakeholders and contribute to projects with real social impact.Key Responsibilities\n

  • Coordinating meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing papers and taking minutes
  • \n
  • Supporting grant administration processes, including tracking applications and maintaining accurate databases
  • \n
  • Preparing programme documentation, reports and correspondence
  • \n
  • Managing communications with stakeholders, partners and funded organisations
  • \n
  • Assisting with financial administration, including processing invoices and payments
  • \n
  • Supporting events, consultations and wider programme activity as required
  • \n
About YouWe’re looking for an organised and proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.Skills & Experience\n

  • Previous experience in an administration, coordination or programme support role
  • \n
  • Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
  • \n
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
  • \n
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • \n
  • Strong IT skills, including experience working with databases and Microsoft Office applications
  • \n
  • An interest in, or experience of, the charity, voluntary or social impact sector would be advantageous
  • \n
