HGV Class 1 driver Castle Donnington£18.75ph - £28.12ph Rapier Employment are currently seeking an HGV Class 1 driver for our busy client in Castle Donnington. This role will be long term ongoing for the right candidates. Any shift to include a weekend day. This role does require some manual handling of cages and tail lift work. Responsibilities will include:\n

  • Delivering to RDCs and stores.
    • \n
  • Stores deliveries will be unloading using tail lift and cages.
    • \n
  • Vehicle checks
    • \n
  • Shift patterns to suit but a weekend shift is preferred.
    • \n
Days \n
    \n
  • Days: 04:00 – 09:00 starts
    • \n
  • £18.75 per hour PAYE
    • \n
  • Over time £28.12ph after 43.75 hours
    • \n
Nights\n
    \n
  • Nights: 15:00 – 21:00 starts
    • \n
  • £21.06per hour PAYE
    • \n
  • Over time £31.59ph after 8 hours
    • \n
Rates are the same Monday – Sunday. The ideal candidate.\n

  • You must have at least 3 months commercial experience for insurance purposes
    • \n
  • “Can do” attitude
    • \n
  • No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s - NO MORE THAN 6 POINTS

  • Digital Tachograph Card and CPC qualification
